Amazon Purchases:

Please note that if you purchased our products on Amazon, returns must be processed directly through Amazon. We do not accept returns for products purchased on Amazon. To initiate a return, please follow Amazon’s return process via your Amazon account.

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Partially used or opened products are not eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds:
